Fire Extinguisher Inspection San Jose
Fire ext inspection
San Jose Fire Extinguisher company wants home and business owners to know that it is good idea to inspect your home and business fire extinguisher at least once a month. If you are inspecting business fire extinguisher you should sign your name, date and fire extinguisher condition status on the back of fire extinguishers tags. You should check if the fire extinguisher has been physically damaged or loss of pressure. As you see in picture the yellow needle on the green spot which is good and bottom picture needle is all the way left on red that means fire extinguisher has lost pressure. if it goes to right side on red that means too much air it and if the needle goes to left side on red that means fire extinguisher is loosing pressure and you should get it serviced asap.

CO2 Fire Extinguisher San Jose
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) extinguishers are used for class B and C fires. These fire extinguishers contain carbon dioxide, a non-flammable gas, and are highly pressurized. The pressure is so great that it is not uncommon for bits of dry ice to shoot out the nozzle. They don't work very well on class A fires because they may not be able to displace enough oxygen to put the fire out, causing it to re-ignite.
